Learn Amazing Cooking Secrets from our Chef de Cuisine – Steve Moghini

Acquire culinary skills to impress your special dinner guests! This is a unique five hour workshop followed by an interactive dining experience.  This exclusive cooking adventure is offered in an intimate setting at Braeside Estate located in the rural country side of Fenelon Falls.  During this class you will enjoy preparing an outstanding menu, with our talented chef Steve, using fresh local ingredients. Steve will share with you fabulous and useful cooking secrets and you will learn how to make a splendid presentation. You will discover important tips on what to prepare safely ahead of time without loss of quality. Here is the delicious menu selected for this workshop:

  • Atlantic salmon and asparagus velouté en croute
  • Our Braeside Caprese salad interpretation
  • Chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and thyme, brown sauce, Anna potatoes, parsnip purée and seasonal vegetables
  • Grand-Marnier sabayon, berries and French vanilla ice cream

A complimentary wine, selected and paired by Sommelier Bruno Cantieni, will be served with the menu tasting.
